We are glad to announce the successful update of the displayed name of our Society to “Spanish Society, A.A.H.K.U.S.U.” in the SU bulk email system. It is now in line with the Constitution of our Society.
A number of students and academic societies were confused about the full name of our Society as it happened to be “Spanish Society, AA, HKUSU” in the bulk email system. The issue was addressed by the Student Union and CEDARS promptly after a few words with them. We would like to extend our appreciation to their assistance.
From now on, name of “spansoc” should be in effect standardized in all communications within the University.
