How to make tacos?
- Cook beef/pork over medium heat for 8 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Add chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Add water to the meat and cook until some liquid has evaporated while the meat remains saucy.
- Choose the right taco shell (which you already did at the Bazaar – crispy shells aren’t the OG ones)
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the taco meat into the tortilla shells.
- Top the tacos with your favorite toppings.
If you’ve got a busy life, the well seasoned tuna you bought at the Bazaar could be the fillings instead!
